Faraway announce the theme of this year's Winter Writing Contest is "Wonder".
We're excited to once again celebrate the cold winter holidays with the warmth given from creative writing!
Every year, Faraway hold a Winter Writing Contest to celebrate and reward the creativity of our Neurodiverse Community.
The winner's work gets adapted into a beautiful video storybook.
Abbie-Rose Chivers, the winner of the competition last year, wrote "Eternity". A short story about a woman that designs a teddy bear for her young grandson with a heart-wrenching and emotional meaning behind it.

How to submit a story/poem
Your submitted story/poem must be between 100-500 words in length.
The theme for this year is "Wonder". Your work must link to this theme.
To submit, send your work either as a word document or in the body of an email to info@thefarawaycic.org
Deadline: Monday 11th December 2022
All work submitted will be published on our website in an article in late December.
